Fill out the small form on the right side under "MVP login" with the voters info.
Once the "my Voter Page" comes up, go to the absentee ballot request information box, and select : "click here for absentee ballot status"
if you voted through absentee ballot or through a voting machine, it will say on the pop up.
you only need the initial of the persons first name, and their complete last name , Date of birth and the county they were registered in to check their status.
If true then this is EXTREMELY fucked up!! They should never ask you your party and NEVER put you on separate voting & scanning machines.
The ONLY good thing about this hand recount is that it should detect any vote flipping / vote deletion done by Dominion.. That counts for something I guess but as far as the absentee ballot count goes, this recount is absolutely worthless.

Well In Clayton County I can tell you with 100% certain there is absolutely no Signature verification whatsoever. They are not even looking to see if the ballot is even signed.
I feel confident that most, if not all other counties are doing the same.

I have been observing the recount that started in Clayton County this morning , and can confirm that they are not verifying any signatures whatsoever on absentee ballots.
It's essentially a hand recount of the actual ballot itself, but no signature verification whatsoever and the envelopes are not even present.... Only the ballots themselves.
It is little more then a BS lip service recount of the exact same submitted ballots with no verification if it's legal or not

If you just want to be an observer, call the board of elections for the County you live in to ask where and when the audit and recount is taking place. Once you find out, just go there and observe!
There should be at least a few State or Local GOP Reps there to guide you.
Counties will have to post public notice somewhere on one of their official sites before starting.. They may even post it the very morning that the recounts are set to begin, so it could be these counties have not started yet, but all will start very soon!
They may bury it somewhere on the Elections board part of the site, and some counties may even have a separate elections site that is apart from the main county site that they could post the information.
For example here is a page on the clayton county site stating that there audit / recount was postponed from today, and so far they haven't announce when it is being rescheduled.

Your best bet is to contact the board of elections in the county you are interested observing in as they are the ones responsible for providing the public notice, and they should be able to provide that info directly to you over the phone once they know where it is being held.
