That video is an obvious deep fake..twitter has hijacked trumps account. Almost all the sentences he states have been said in past speeches. The time stamp is marked 7:10 it was reportedly not to be released until 8:00. As someone said earlier his head jerking and weird mannerisms are highly suspect.
