I don’t think this is likely as before the explosion eyewitness local tv interviewees reported of folks living in apartments in the area reported hearing several rounds of gunshots over the span of 15-20 minutes before the explosion. Possibly someone was trying to detonate from a rooftop or window with a rifle or trying to lure law enforcement in?
