The only blue trend we're seeing is the would-be yellow squares on the compass seeing more and more reason to move a few steps up.

Federal elections require that each state conduct their elections fairly. State legislatures are given the power to make their rules, and so long as those rules are adhered to then regardless of how annoying or stupid the rules are, it ensures the idea of a fair election.

If states do not adhere to the rules or change the process without doing so through the legislature (who would need to follow their own established processes), then it has the effect of disenfranchising all of the other states because federal elections involve all 50 of them.

The lawsuit is claiming that because the states in the lawsuit did not follow the procedures they were supposed to follow, and because those broken procedures lead to irregularities, to validate their reported results would be an offense to the states who followed their own rules.

Its not arguing that states can't function independently or that one state should dictate another. It's simply calling out the fact that the states establish their own rules for how to constitutionally alter election rules, that these states did not do so, and that as a result, they cannot be treated the same way as the states who followed the rules.

Clown World has reached levels like no one ever believed it could.

We've got reddit arguing for state's rights. The irony is that the only time in which federalism is justified is when they finally give a shit about states making their own choices.

That's the entire plan by MSM. They know they're fucked, so they want to spark the powder keg by assuring their readers/viewers that anything other than a Biden win is tyranny.

I almost think it's why they cheated so sloppily. Sidney has mentioned before that it's almost like they wanted to get caught.

Dude I can almost guarantee that Hermain Cain was not executed by the military for involvement in Pizzagate.

Cruz wins 2024 if he pulls it off.

The entire party will be tripping over each other to get behind him.

I worked with dementia residents for a while. I apologize that your mother and your family had to go through the Hell that is that curse of an illness.

I'm glad to hear that she is at peace.

Okay so an article that summarizes pizza gate on the surface level. Neat.

In what way does this suggest that Herman Cain and others are being executed after military tribunals?

Maybe pump the breaks on the LARP shit. Its fun to fall down the rabbit hole, but maybe we can acknowledge that pizzagate has some actual evidence without going full-blown "and Herman fuckin Cain is involved and probably was executed by the military."

Lmao wtf are you on my guy?

Herman Cain was secretly executed?

So remind me at what point Trump was ahead in the real polls. Not the fantasy ones. Cause I can’t remember that ever happening.

Depends on your definition of what a "real poll" is. I understand if someone as retarded as yourself doesn't understand why that request is relevant, but none of the usual "real polls" were even close to correct. Besides, no one is suggesting that the betting odds are "real polls."

The entire point is that they were a live presentation of what people believed would happen. The "real polls" leading into Nov 3 are irrelevant to this topic.

Which is why we need real evidence and not anecdotal tea leaves nonsense. That will only get us laughed out of court.

Now now, my little retarded friend. No one is going to use betting odds in court.

My god I cant even understand why I took the time to respond. You're lost on this right out of the gate.

Again, before calling people retards as a defense mechanism for your own failure to understand basic concepts, maybe take a second to think about why you're bothering to jump into the discussion while you're clearly confused as all hell to begin with.

You should maybe secure your own padded helmet before you start calling others retarded.

There's not some guy sitting in his room just setting the number to whatever his best guess is. The number is based on the movement of those placing bets.

When the numbers go upside down as soon as votes start coming in, it's an indication that a. overwhelming number of people playing the market see signs that suggest Trump is going to win. It's the fact that enough people saw a certain Trump victory to completely reverse the betting odds to his favor.

Its not that its the same as a well-designed poll. It's just another example of how, before the ballots were being found left and right, pretty much everyone was of the opinion that Trump already had it in the bag.

Yeah, its not as significant as a prophetic statement. No, it shouldn't be treated as a guarantee. But its not completely useless. It serves to justify the fact that everyone thought Trump had pulled off the win as soon as votes were being counted.

Now tighten your helmet straps a bit more, because it's apparently not protecting you from much at the moment.

You didn't see Trump ahead because you weren't looking. Every betting site swung hard toward Trump as the votes came in a la 2016.

They aren't meaningless. The betting odds flipping to 97% in favor of Trump as the count comes to a close makes it statistically improbable for Biden to come out on top.

They only changed as the endlessly "discovered" new ballots were announced.

LOL as if a single potential loss means anything more than a set back.

Knock knock, Texas et. al. is waiting.

Formatted because I like me some formatting :)

Ok so here's the summary so we all understand.

TLDR:

  • PA voting laws are set up in the state's CONSTITUTION.

  • Any changes to the voting law requires a CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT.

  • Simple 50% majorities cannot legally override the constitution, and previous attempts have been overruled by the PA Supreme Court.

  • The PA Supreme Court decided not to see this case (largely because they knew Trump would win) and gave an excuse that the case should have been filed earlier (despite the fact that in order to file you needed to prove wrongdoing, thus had to be done post-Election).

Details Here: The Supreme Court makes it clear that the only 2 legal ways of voting in PA are either in person on election day or via absentee ballot only if you qualify.

Argument text here:

"Article VII of the Pennsylvania Constitution make clear that there are two, and only two, constitutionally-permissible methods of voting:

  1. offering your ballot in propria persona at the polling place on election day; and
  2. exceptions to the first method limited to those persons qualifying under the absentee voting provision, Article VII, § 14 of the Pennsylvania Constitution"

PA constitution link here: https://www.legis.state.pa.us/WU01/LI/LI/CT/HTM/00/00.007..HTM

How the PA Supreme court responded:

"The Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court, finding that Petitioners were likely to succeed on the merits of this case (App. p.26), issued emergency preliminary injunctive relief to prevent irreparable injury to the Petitioners and all Pennsylvania voters. Rather than provide clarity and address this vitally important, and valid constitutional question on the merits, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court exercised its extraordinary jurisdiction to take over the case and dismiss it on the basis of laches."

Laches means delay. It implies that the lawsuit should have been filed earlier, but in reality it was not possible because you needed the election to happen to file it.

It's just the servers getting clogged up. It's an issue that's been improved on regularly since the start of the site.

9/10 times there's errors, you can be assured that something big has happened. Pedes hop into the sticky comments, refresh constantly, and kills the site.
