A few things. Trump opened by saying the 1st was under attack like never before. He said the 25th will not affect him. He said it will come back to bite the Biden Administration.

We all know the bad interpretation, here is another. If you are in the military, sometimes situations exist where a commanding officer can be relieved of command by lower ranking people under their command. In almost every case this is considered mutiny and is a SERIOUS crime. Very rare it isn’t, and there needs to be a very good reason for it happening (issuing probable unlawful orders). Their reasoning is inciting violence etc....well he verifiably did NOT do that and reiterated that he didn’t and tripled down on pushing peace.

I don’t know the laws well, but I can’t imagine just throwing the 25th around lightly is without consequence.
