Posted a purposal for a voting bill that we could write ensuring this never happened again, unfortunately it is not a project the pedes want to partake in..

F. COUNTING LOCATION

Going to break this into 3 parts

F-A- COUNTING FACILITY

• F-A-1- Facility is required to be certified prior to election. This includes back up power and inspection of all plumbing and other items.
• F-A-2- Facility will be wired for live streaming from multiple cameras
• F-A-3- Cameras will be placed to live stream the counting stations from multiple angles. Include a camera over each counting station. Cameras will be placed over the vote tally hub
• F-A-4- Counting facility will have the following areas color coded marked on the floor
• Blue -Ballot Box Storage Area – Where Armored Car Ballot Transporters will drop off ballot boxes.
• Red -Vote tallying hub – This will be where the final vote will be done, again under multiple cameras.
• Yellow –Vote Counting Stations – Teams of two, with two counting machines.
• Orange -Vote tally runners – These people will take the tally confirmed by the Yellow vote counting stations and deliver it to the Red vote tallying hub.
• White – around the Red, Yellow and Orange sections will be the White section and poll watchers will be allowed. No poll watcher will be allowed to cross into any Red, Yellow or Orange section. Remember this whole thing is being live streamed as well from multiple cameras.

I envision an aisle with the Red Vote Tally Hub at the end, the aisle being Orange for the vote tally runners and on each side are the pods of Yellow vote counting stations.

• F-A-5– The entire floor will be a secured area. All election counting personnel will go through a metal detector. All phones, pens, pencils are forbidden on the vote counting floor. Poll watchers will be allowed phones, but again are not allowed at ALL into the Red, Orange, Blue, and Yellow areas.
• F-A-6- All election staff will be required to wear a colored shirt matching their designated area. Yellow vote counting team members are not permitted to enter any other vote counting areas, besides the one they are assigned too. No election staff is allowed into any other area, other than the one they are assigned.

F-B-COUNTING FACILITY STAFF

• F-B-1- All staff agrees to wear the required color shirt/vest.
• F-B-2- All staff agrees to sign an acknowledgement that they have been informed they are being watch and understand committing fraud will be severely punished.
• F-B—3- All staff signs agreements acknowledging they understand the task they will be required to do.
• F-B-4- All staff signs agreements that no cell phones, pens, pencils or other items will be allowed on the vote counting floor.
• F-B-5- Management staff will need a list of requirements, and a color shirt assigned. Management will also need a system of checks and balances to ensure anything they do can be monitored. They are a spot for fraud to be committed. Management will sign agreements explaining that if they commit fraud, their punishment will be worse than the staff
• F-B-6- Other staff that will be on the floor will need to be listed and assigned a list of approved actions allowed while the count is going on.
• F-B-7- Poll Watchers will be allowed but must wear white shirt or vest. They will be required to sign paperwork agreeing to the obey all marked areas. No pens or pencils will be allowed on the vote counting floor, cell phones or camera will be allowed. Severe punishment for given any counting facility staff cell phone or anything other objects.

F-C- PROCEDURE FOR COUNTING FACILITY

• F-C-1 Ballot box arrives by Armored Car to only be handled by Armored Car Transporters checked into the Ballot box storage area marked blue. Over head cameras live streaming everything to ensure complete transparency.
• F-C-2 Ballot box transporter (BLUE) takes ballot box and places ballot box into a transporter cart and moves the cart to a counting station. Ballot box transporter ONLY places the ballot box from the cart onto the counting station table.
• F-C-3 Vote counting station team member A loads the ballots into counting machine number 1. Counting machine begins counting votes when the voter’s ballot is counted it will update a website so the voter who knew their ballot box number, knows their ballot has been counted on counting machine number 1. Counting machine 1 finishes counting the ballots. The results are marked on tally sheet. Vote counting station team member A places the tally sheet on the table in a marked area for viewing via the live stream. Allowing everyone to see the count from vote counting machine 1.
• F-C-4 Vote counting station team member B takes the ballots and places them into counting machine 2 to do a second count on the ballots for verification. When voter’s ballot is counted on vote counting machine number 2, another update to the website notifies the voter their ballot has been counting on vote counting machine number 2. When vote counting machine number 2 completes counting a second tally sheet will be created. Tally sheet number 2 will be placed in a marked area on the counting station for verification via the live stream. If both tally sheets match, the counting team members will sign the tally sheets.
• F-C-5 Ballots are now transfer into a box for long term storage. Long term storage box is sealed with marked tape.
• F-C-6 Tally sheet 1, Tally sheet 2 and sealed ballot box are placed on a cart in the vote tally runner’s area. The long-term ballot box will have a visible identification number and the vote tally sheets will be visible via the cameras.
• F-C-7 Vote tally runners (ORANGE) Moves the cart down the runner area (ORANGE) to the Vote Tally Hub. Vote Tally Runner place cart in front of a vote tallying member.
• F-C-8 Vote Tallying member enters the numbers into the final vote tally. Allowing everyone via live stream to verify the count and the addition of the ballots.
• F-C-9 *Vote Tally runners places both tally sheets in envelope and signed paperwork. Everything is attached to the marked tape ballot box. *
• F-C-10 Marked tape ballot box with tally sheets is placed on a (BLUE) Ballot box transporter cart. Ballot box transporter moves counted ballot box to the permanent storage area where sealed ballot boxes will be palletized for long term storage.

This process should provide transparency to all the voters and all accountability.

• F-D- Recount procedures will need to be included in the bill. Any areas of vulnerability, inefficiencies and improvements are welcomed.

G. ABSENTEE VOTING

I don’t have much information for this section, it is a very important part of the problem. A system needs to be designed to ensure a ballot is sent to the voter, but only approved absentee voters.

This a huge place for fraud. Look at the Senior centers where the employees registered and voted for them. We need to figure this system out.

• -1- End mail in voting – The Constitution says we vote the “Tuesday next after the first Monday in the month of November."
• -2- End early voting – Again we vote on the first Tuesday in November and it is a Federal Holiday
• -3– Reduce the number of allowed absentee voters. Media people and able-bodied adults no longer qualify for absentee voting.
• -4- We need to write the laws for who gets to be approved for Absentee voting. Media people – no, but Deployed Soldiers or Seniors in the hospital need to be able to vote. Making the list of those who can be approved for absentee ballot and the process for validating this is important.
• -5- Absentee voters waive anonymous voting. This will allow us to track the ballot and ensure the voter is the individual who requested it
• -6- One idea would be to require absentee voter to request a ballot. Ballot is pulled from the pile and the serial number is assigned to the absentee voter. A text or website notifies the voter that their ballot is in the mail, the serial number is XXXX. Next the voter fills out their ballot, accordingly, signs the envelope and mails the ballot back. Next the signature is verified, and the voter is notified. Next the ballot is placed into a ballot box, to be ready for the count on election day. Now the voter knows their serial number of the ballot and their ballot number box. Maybe require a photo be sent to the absentee voter of their ballot from the counting facility.

Absentee voting is open to fraud, from family members filling out Grandpa’s ballot, to being able to register houses to vote and stealing the ballots from the mailboxes. We can figure this out to ensure this needed process for the few people who need it, can still securely vote.

Another option is to set up a mobile voting machine and have that crew go around and do in person voting at the Nursing homes… All ideas are welcomed to solve this problem.

H. PUNISHMENT

• -1- Minimum punishment is 10 years for any fraud, with punishments up to the Death penalty.
• Going to need a lawyer Pede to help us write this section out…

Begin thinking of every way they could commit fraud, so we can ensure a harsh punishment is known if they try. This should stop most people from even thinking about committing fraud.

I can rob an Armored car, but money is traceable and if I’m caught then I’m going to jail for a long time, the risk vs reward is too great and the punishment for committing fraud with our election needs to be that severe.

I. NATURAL DISASTERS, NATIONAL EMERGENCIES, AND PANDEMICS

• -1- *Any possible Natural Disaster needs to be listed and then solutions prepared.
• -2- Any possible National Emergency needs to be listed and then the solution prepared.

1.) We need to go through each step and ensure no fraud can be committed at any point...

2.) Once each step is finalized, WE write the bill to fix this problem. We will become LAW MAKERS NOW!!!

3.) We will write the punishments into the bill as well. People committing fraud and treason will be severely punished.

4.) We will write all the provisions for pandemics into the bill, so IDIOT POLITICIANS CANNOT USE A PANDEMIC to create a work around to OUR law. Next pandemic, voting bill says we do this... Natural Disaster we do this. And any other possible event that could cause harm to our voting process will be addressed in the bill.

Below are my ideas for each section, feel free to find the holes or opportunities for fraud. Help improve this and get this to law, I do not have a background in coding so those that do, help us figure out how to create a law to close-up opportunities for hacking/manipulation.

A . VOTER ID

• -1- Mandatory national Voter ID database.
• -2- Set up a provision that individuals earning under $35,000 get the id for free, This ID should not cost more than 20.00 similar to a driver’s license.

Removing LIBERAL excuses is important , so we can pay for an ID for Americans earning less than $35,000 a year, our Country is worth it. We have wasted more money on plenty of other useless programs and equipment. This expense is worth the integrity of our elections.

• -3- Voter ID will have an EMV Chip, photo and signature
• -4- Name changes get updated to the database
• -5- Death certificates are reported immediately to the database
• -6- Deciding who issues these cards is important every human interaction is a possibility for fraud and needs a system of checks placed upon it. Making it easy to catch Traitors, with the punishment being severe to detour them from committing Treason.
• -7- Replacement cards – who gets to issue these and ensuring the missing card is deactivated, so it cannot be used for fraud.
• -8- Card printing machines and facility – where these cards are printed, and the equipment used is another place of fraud. This needs to be in the bill and have a severe punishment placed.

This card will be entered into a machine at the polling station, then you will enter a pin number, similar to our debit machines that will lock the EMV Chip. This stops voters from voting at multiple polling stations,

I know someone who did this in 2018, and the TDS suffering liberal probably did it again this election.

This ensures only US Citizens vote once on election day...

B. FEDERAL HOLIDAY

• -1- Make the mid-term election and Presidential election a federal holiday.

Reason It is more important than Christmas, New Year’s Day or Thanksgiving and yes, it is even more important than the Fourth of JULY, Veterans Day and Memorial Day, cause none of those days matter at all without our REPRESENTATIVE DEMOCRACY... Those days exist cause of election day!!!

C. BALLOTS

• -1- Each ballot is to be printed with an individual serial number
• -2- Each ballot shall be printed on special paper similar to our currency that cannot be scanned or duplicated easily.
• -3- Ballots shall only be transported by Armored Car, with the same level of protection we give our money.
• -4- Any damaged ballot is to be placed into an envelope with a report and saved for the final count
• -5- An additional 5% of ballots to be printed based on registered voters
• -6- Ballots shall have a “none of the above box” for every race it applies to. Example: vote for Trump or PedoJoe or none of the above. Same all the way done, no box shall be left blank, eliminates the ability for someone later to voter for you.

With this level of security every ballot can be traced and accounted for similar to our currency. Knowing the total number of ballots printed will ensure we know when the count is done on election.

D. POLLING STATIONS

• -1- Move them to the gymnasiums at the schools or large halls
• -2- The voting process should not take more than 30 minutes from the time you enter the line to the time you leave the polling station.
• -3- Set up 26 lines one for each letter of the alphabet for the voters’ last name. Based on voter registration if a high number of one letter is in the area the establishment of two lanes is required, such as BA through BN and BM through BZ
• -4- Establish a special assistance line and help section. Those who need assistance go here, disabled etc… This keeps the lines moving smoothly.
• -5- Any issues while a voter is in line, the voter is taken out of the alphabet last name line and taken over to the help section. This ensures that no one individual can slow the line down.
• -6- Each voter enters their corresponding line; 1st step Insert your voter ID card into a machine and enter your pin number. This machine will have a face recognition software loaded to ensure you are the individual corresponding to the Voter ID card. Attendant A will verify and move you over to Attendant B. Attendant B is Ballot distributor and will be the first set of fingerprints on the ballot, they will hand you a ballot. Voter will be the next set of fingerprints on the ballot
• -7- Voter takes ballot to a machine. A basic computer with simple hacking proof will be needed here. Voter places ballot into the machine and votes
• -8- *When voter is done, individual clicks print, and the machine marks the ballot and *PRINTS A RECEIPT
• -9- Voter leaves the station and goes to a table to verify their vote. Checking that the receipt matches the unique serial number and that all votes are marked correctly. Voter must mark every box on the ballot.
• -10– Upon verifying ballot matches the receipt voter places ballot into a secure box. Each box will have a number on it, that the voter can mark on their receipt so they will know exactly where their ballot is
• -11- Certification of the facility is required prior to the election and the individual who certifies the location faces punishment if any event happens, like a pipe bursting.

This ensures only US Citizens vote; all ballots are accounted for and all are properly marked. The receipt gives a paper trail while still allowing for anonymous voting. This process should only take 30 minutes and the Election Day being a Federal holiday, there will be no more excuses for not voting on that day.

• Things left to figure out
• If receipt does not match, then blank.
• If voter forget ID card, then blank.

Help figure out all the possible human scenarios that might arise during an election so we can create the "then action" and put it into the bill.

E. BALLOT TRANSPORTATION

• -1- Ballots are to be transported via Armored Car only from print shop to storage facility.
• -2- Ballots are to be transported via Armored Car only from storage facility to polling station
• -3- Authorized ballot handlers are the only individuals allowed near ballot storage at polling station, a marked location on the floor is to be designated.
• -4- Authorized ballot handlers are the only individuals allowed to load ballots onto Armored car for transport to the Counting location.
• -5- Ballots arrive at the counting station and are placed in a secure 24 live streamed location at the counting station to begin the counting process.

Thoughts – outsourcing this task to an armored car company would be a possibility, due to their certification with handling money already.
