Trump always seems to be one step ahead. Everything is being done in the shadows to not set off the Dems alarms. He lets them know what he wants them to.
I will probably get laughed at, but what if the military delivering the vaccine all over the country was a strategic plan. How else could he strategically place the military all over the country, right under their noses, without raising the Dems eyebrows?
