I had to log in through google because duck duck go is telling me I'm logged in when I click sign in, but I'm not, when I click refresh it just says something went wrong, is anyone else having this problem, I hate to use Google.

Can anyone tell me what this will do? I am not legal minded so pardon the possible stupid question, but will winning invalidate all of the votes in these blue states, or just a partial amount, whatever wasn't legal? Also will that be how they determine the election winner? I mean will it push it to the house(I think that's right) to be decided?
