Many of the GOP donors would sooner stop funding the GOP than fund a second Trump candidacy. First time around they thought they could stack Trump's administration with their people - and to some degree, they succeeded.

Just search the article for "Allen Ho", the name of the guy who stole the nuclear tech. Oh, and he was arrested in 2016. Obama was still in power.
