Had to quit my job this morning because of the new policy regarding contact tracing. They can't force you to do anything in your private life, but if you get contact traced to you have to quarantine for two weeks (regardless of test results) and the mandatory time off comes out of your vacation time if you want to get paid. They can't force you, but they can threaten not to pay you!
