Okay this is a cctv camera on 2nd Ave and Commerce St looking north. Look at Google Street view. You can see the white PTZ camera on a light pole. Behind the camera diagonal to the explosion is a restaurant called Elrey.

Dude seriously behind that street sign you can clearly make out the white RV. The back window and one of its tail lights are clearly visible. The locations of the other cars correctly line up with the aerial footage of the area.
The RV is on the right side of the frame. Explosion is on the left.
The RV is parked next to the AT&T building. The explosion happened right where the crater is on the other side of the street.
