Just like the title says. Got a buddy that posts here often and will most likely see this, but having trouble convincing them to go.
They are worried about things getting out of hand or them being hurt. Money isn't a concern and when pressed about going with me they made a solid point that we might have the most impact by donating money to those that would like to go, but can't swing the money.
I dig the idea, but deep down my brain keeps repeating "The keyboard only goes so far. At some point if you don't stand up for what you believe in then just be honest with yourself that you don't believe in shit."
Is there a list or site somewhere that has most or all Senators and Congressmen's contact info such as email? I have been emailing reps that have publicly stated they will support Trump in contesting the 2020 electors/election results to thank them and let them know I will be in DC on the 6th to support them. If they haven't publicly stated they will support Trump I have been asking them to do so and letting them know I and fellow patriots will be in DC on the 6th watching how they vote.
Its rough though given most congress members require you enter a valid zip code for their area before you can send an email, which has been a pain/slowing me down.
Any have a list handy or any other advice?
My partner and I voted via Absentee drop off, at an official ballot box, in CA over the weekend. Woke up this morning and checked 'where's my ballot' and it still wasn't 'received' or 'accepted'. In fact it showed that is was still in the process of being sent to us via mail. We went down to vote in person and after standing in line for close to 2 hours was told by the check in person on a PC that as of this morning it was accepted.
I don't know why, but I can't shake the feeling of being mislead/our votes for trump not being counted.
Previous elections I didn't care as much, but this time I'm seriously considering going back down to vote in person anyways to make sure it counts.
