Apparently it’s some the swamp does a lot. Put unqualified people in these bureaucratic positions and, if they refuse to resign, the new administration has to go through a lot of hoops to fire them. They guy gets a few paychecks, a severance bonus, and Biden get’s a headache.

I, like most people, were totally blindsided by Pence, SCOTUS, state legislators, judges, and republicans doing everything in their power to help steal the election from Trump.
So no, I don’t believe the military is going to be our golden savior here. Biden will be sworn in on the 20th, Harris will take over soon afterwards, we need to start planning on how to make the best of this bad situation.

It leads me to believe the theory that Pence stabbed Trump in the back because he gambled that the MAGA side of the republican party wasn’t as strong as the establishment side, and he thought we’d all fall back in line.

Yes, I know what Trump is facing. I don't think the problem is that Trump is unwilling to cross the rubicon, I think he's unable to because the military won't go along with it. There's not a doubt in my mind that he's tried everything he can, but it just wasn't enough for one man to do alone.

I firmly don't believe anything is going to happen, but if Trump was planning anything, it makes perfect sense why he wouldn't tell us. We're just the low level supporters who'd knowledge of any hypothetical plan would not impact the result of any hypothetical plan.
