Fix the system by paying teachers more. You cannot attract or retain quality workers if you pay them chump change. Increasing teacher pay is the first way to fix the system.

My administrators are highly qualified and work hard. They deal with shitty situations every day. My school is called a "hard to staff school," a "turnaround school," and an "opportunity school" because of how challenging it is to work with parents/students in a low socio-economic area.

No school - no funding will never happen. There are so many laws in place to make sure that minority students receive fair education and for special-education students to receive fair education, that states/districts will be forced to reopen. If they don't reopen, the state/districts will have no defense to the plethora of law suits from minority or special education students.
