“Less than 5 minutes from getting God knows what injected inside them the two people to my left starting having seizures. First the gentlemen in the red car was watching in shock as the driver next to him was having a seizure. Little did he know he would have one right after him. I called the medics to help him. They have a procedure where after you get the shot you have to wait in the car for 15 min and if something goes wrong to honk your horn and someone will show up. Well these folks to my left just passed out into seizures with no warning. If someone didn't notice (in this case it was me) these folks would just continue having seizures. I had no choice, if I didn’t sign it they would refuse him entrance to the school building. I recorded the entire conversation with the school principal notifying him I’m being forced to sign under duress because otherwise they would discriminate against him. They just started letting the kids come back to school for 2 days a week about a month ago, and he is desperate to see his friends. Other than this attachment, which they immediately claimed they can’t fulfill all conditions, I had no choice. I stood firm that the only way they can test is to comply with ALL conditions, but since I signed the Commie consent form, they have no choice but to allow him back.

NYC Schools are discriminating against your child, by forcing consent under duress to be tested in school (external testing by doctors NOT accepted), or they won’t be allowed on school grounds and shifted to Remote Learning. This violates your legal right for Prior, Free and Informed Consent and is the definition of Discrimination.
My kid’s school did this to my child because I refused to consent to their forced testing. In response, I drafted this Attachment 1, and handed it in with the signed consent form. Next to my signature in the consent form, I added the following: “*Contingent on the conditions in Attachment 1”.
The assistant principal made faces and at first refused to accept it until I notified her that I’m aware of my legal rights, and will bring a Class Action lawsuit, naming her. She accepted the consent form with the Attachment, and my child will be going back onsite to school.
If you were put in this position, and your child has been moved to Remote Learning, use this form and do what I did. Hope this helps.
