I also have made changes to my service related business. The auspices of covid crushed me in the beginning and I’ve only revamped to about 70% of my original contracts. That being the case, I’ve already had to make cuts to survive. I’m using the momentum to cut off certain people and businesses, targeting the ones that make me wear a mask or have missed a payment in the past.
Other financial shifts have taken place which limit the value my customers receive. They’ve had 20 years of quality service where I go the extra mile, but these days are over. They will have to reach me half way or be dropped. Many seem to know it’s not a bluff and haven’t said a peep about the changes which simply make it more expensive for less service.
