I understand the nature/ nurture aspect of life, but to suggest attitude and life style changes DNA means all things change your DNA. Vaccines would simply be another aspect of that. It would lose its gravity if we look at it in those terms.
Sure, the giraffe’s neck extended quicker than natural evolution would expect, but let’s not consider the term genetic alteration for every soda you drink or shot you might get. The mRNA vaccine is not worth the risks considering it has never been implemented and there’s no long term studies to show its effect on the body. Injecting any synthetic form of a virus to trick the body’s immune system shouldn’t be at the top of our list. The bigger concerns are deleterious effects on future reproductive abilities and immediate side effects of pain and lethargy. However, to suggest it changes the make-up of your DNA when studies show it “changes” due to crying from a stressful day would be a moot point.
You will have to be far more specific in describing exactly the biological change you think would happen before I’d say, yes, it’s altering the DNA. Again, it’s not adding genes or any snippets of information that coalesce with your genetic code.
