My little brother works at hospital pharmacy. He also compounds drugs. This thanksgiving he said he’s been setting up remdesivir for patients, but that it was only about 6 rounds of dosing at a time. They were only coming in about 1 at a time before that. To him it seemed like a significant increase.
It appears they’re just giving it out as an antiviral, kinda like AIDS meds for people that have trouble with Covid. It’s just the cycle they’re creating.
