I’m a little worried he has said this out loud, but can’t corroborate the situation to the point where change is produced. If that’s the case, I just don’t see him sending the country into civil war knowing the results would be blamed on him.
I’d be much happier if he followed with something along the lines of ‘no Trump supporters should accept the results of a Biden/Harris win.’ Without that, he hasn’t given us the go ahead to start our own pushback on a national scale.

My brother is your age, but I’m 12 years older. He’s sorta coming around, bought his first gun recently. Thing is, I think he may believe it’s to protect himself from Trump supporters. Guess it doesn’t matter in the end.
I haven’t had to set him straight since he got all huffy about the ‘16 election and claimed he was thinking of “going north.” He literally had no idea that Canada has a stringent immigration policy which would exclude him from entry.

He has been pretty good since then, went back to work and isn’t just playing frisbee golf and ripping dabs all day.
