If you carefully parse the words, he “evaded” the traffic stop long enough for a second cop to be called in and pursue before pulling over in the gas station. I want to see the video of how this dude was driving and how many chances he had to pull over.
By not immediately pulling over and having blacked out windows, the driver would have time to do all sorts of things, including readying a weapon, and not be seen. From what can be gathered, this fool thought he would be able to play games without the cops doing their job accordingly.
