One of the most harmful ideas going around in conservative circles today is the notion that the media, big tech, and the Democrat party are somehow being hypocritical when they banish or denounce patriots for doing far less than they did.

THEY SEE US AS THE ENEMY!

Was the Soviet Union being hypocritical when they invaded Berlin? "Hey, you didn't like it when we invaded your cities yet you turn around and invade ours?" Nobody made that argument.

It's time to look beyond the leftist framework and see things for how they really are: We are effectively dissenting against a regime that has near-total control over the flow of information. Of course they are trying to silence us, of course they are willing to bend the law. Why would someone hold themselves to the same standard as their enemy?

Using this talking point feeds into the idea that things are supposed to be fair and that we are supposed to play by leftist rules. We all know that BLM riots have caused far more damage to the country than "storming the capitol," but even if that wasn't so, who cares? Leftists act in their own selfish interest when they steal shoes and loot Target for the dopamine rush. When we were out there protesting and even occupying the capitol for a time, we were defending the rights given to us and our posterity by God and our constitution. The greatest thing one has the duty to defend. Our goals aren't of equal worth.

So, in conclusion, stop accusing the left of hypocrisy when it's clear they have never had the intention of upholding their own standards. The system is obviously not fair and we have no obligation to act as if it was.
