I can't tell you I know what you're going through. All I can tell you is I have had severe suicidal depression.
Through dieting, exercise, mental programming, positive habits and a few mushroom trips, my depression is gone.
I'm a firm believer that the mind is malleable and you can fix whatever is holding you back. It takes constant determination and an open mind. Perspective can change everything in an instant. Perspective of yourself, others, what is in reality vs what is in your head.
There's always a way to become a healthy minded individual as long as you're not missing part of your brain IMO. I could be wrong but I'm a strong believer in the power of the mind and I'm determined to master my own.

Keep your case off the floor in the room. My washer and dryer are in the garage. First thing I do is unload my clothes in the washing machine.
