I don't think it can be exact same. Rules up tom states and state didn't follow its own rule of act 77 signed by current leadership last year. All ballots after 8pm on election day don't count. It's pa law.

The biggest concern in Texas is the state house. Most of folks up for reelection in the house are in county suburbs where the county is blue but the house rep is in red area of county. There is a lot of external money coming into these state races and could cause it to flip blue with all the fraud that goes unnoticed by Soros DAs and such.
