I never understood under what law and what rule do every govt organisation have a FB and Twitter account. When a govt agency is required to choose a private company for a service they are required to go through procurement process that take into account several laws for this purpose. However none seem to follow these rules when it comes to social media, and instead everyone by default have accounts on FB+ Twitter, to communist companies that have shown scant regard for 1A.
