Avery makes labels that are similar to the ones used on cards. Look for "price stickers" or "box labels" or something like that, i'm most certain Avery makes these peel and stick labels that can be printed on an inkjet printer. I'm certain that's how they get the "lot number and date" stickers so the nurses don't have to fill it in by hand

However if you look at peoples cards, theres signatures from the nurse sometimes and also writing or stamps of which brand of vaccination and what lot number. So having a few of the lot numbers and corresponding dates is just gravy on top ;)
Hey pedes, I'm a graphic designer and like 5 of my coworkers have had me scan and make laminated wallet sized copies of their (and their families') vax cards after the CEO started the trend.
I have enough information from the scans to create "official Vax Cards"! A real one, the genuine article, authentic, just like Obama's birth certificate ;)
Dude that last picture was a huge red pill for me all on it's own when I first saw it years ago. I was just learning about secret orders and frats, like Knights Templar, Muslim Brootherhood and Skull and Bones etc.
This picture of those goons hanging out like bros and grinning smarmily in their comfortable retirement really soured my positive outlook on government and politicians as a whole. They're all friends playing a show and sone of us are stupid enough to buy it and substitute their fictional realities for our own. What a dog faced pony show.
It's so insane that they don't see they could very well be the ones cheering for and welcoming a terrifying death for all of us. They are afraid of a virus when they have an immune system...but they're not afraid of "authorities" and "experts" leading them over a cliff, and they forgo questioning it or even fighting for their rights...Blows my mind.
My last cycle was extremely late for some reason, and I am essentially celibate. So that's interesting. I work around lots of people who have gotten stabbed.
