A quick story that might help; Guy was a POW, starved and tortured. His situation was dire with no hope of escape. After some time he began to think of his life before his capture. He would think about his family, friends an the girl he loved. He would think about things they had done together & things they would do.
When the guy thought about the people in his life, being with them, enjoying them, and living his life as he chose, he felt happy.
The guy was amazed as he realized, his captors could and did control everything about his life, e.g. when he slept, when he ate, when he worked etc. but the one thing they could not control was his thoughts. He also realized, when he choose to think about things he liked he felt happy, even though nothing else had changed for him.
If. a POW could do it, maybe you can too. Choose your thoughts and pick ones that make you happy. Perhaps seeing DJT work in for 4 more years? The choice is yours.
Try it, you may be surprised how much better you feel.
