This article highlights the importance of bipartisan electoral votes in a disputed election
The gist of the article: In 1876 democrats intimidated (black voters) and committed fraud in 4 states resulting in a disputed election. Democrats were projected to win as based on the projected electoral college votes. After a constitutional crisis the electoral votes eventually were handed over to the Republican candidate, changing the outcome of the election to a Republican win.
8 states in this 2020 election have electoral votes cast by both parties. History is about to repeat itself.
