It's not a super secret location, but there's still reason for concealment. Pence and Congress know where he's at but if it's clear from the video you aren't at the white house CNN and others will report it differently and that becomes the story. Maybe, wherever Trump is, he doesn't want that to be the popular narrative and neither does the swamp.

It may have been really Trump but the video wasn't "real". It was probably green screened or a deep fake. Maybe to conceal the location but that doesn't mean he's on this plane, I just think the video wasn't really real even if it was Trump and his own message

If you watch the video he did on or around Christmas, it's the same background but with Christmas decorations and they do similar edit cuts. He also does some similar body/head movements but of course no black holes in his neck.
The weird thing is that in the video today, he does some of his trademark moves with his head but not with his body. If you compare the same movements in the Christmas video it really seems like Trump green screened his head onto this body.
