I think it should be 21 with exceptions, such as being in the military. There are obviously many factors that cause the country to go down, but lowering the voting age to 18 definitely had a role in that.

I really dislike that argument. Not only is it cliche, it doesnt even make sense in practice. First of all, only a fraction of 18 year olds enter the military. So because of that fraction, you want to treat everyone as if they are the same? You know all those boys that died in Normandy during WWII? Yea, they couldnt vote.
