No clear description of the perp is given? Very odd. I have seen multiple news reports of the attack. This is either terrible journalism or for SOME reason the details are being omitted. The primary focus of any investigation is to catch the criminal. Why is the description of the perp omitted? Maybe someone else saw the guy? Probably still walking around Central Park. I can’t think of a single reason why the public hasn’t been given a description. Unless...

I don’t get why perp is not described in detail. The victim clearly saw the perp. Victim says the perp even made sexual comments to his wife? Is something being hidden and why is that? Don’t we want to get the maniac off the street?
