That is going to be tough. However, I think that a lot of people may be incentivized to make do or do without for awhile. Barter your time to learn a new skill from someone willing to teach. Barter goods. Swap! Go local as often as possible.
Small businesses won't be able to sustain that kind of payroll. So, they will have part time employees who will be worked like dogs without the benefits. People will have to get several part time jobs to make ends meet. Or drastically lower their standard of living. Prices will skyrocket to cover the costs. People will spend less, employers will lay off their overworked part time employees, etc etc. Good thing Comrade Biden is granting amnesty to millions and allowing illegals to flood the country. Small businesses will need these homeless hungry "citizens" to work for a smaller wage under the table. Problem solved. /s
