I can't even get my dr on the phone to make an appt. I have to physically show up at the office. They keep saying that they are switching to a new phone system but it has been at least nine months. I tried to set up a ZOOM meeting but they wouldn't answer the phone. I still had to go to the office to set up the virtual office visit...you know, so I could avoid running into someone who might be sick.
