According to John Eastman, Trump's Attorney, they will likely appoint someone to help them sift through the record, as this is like a trial since it is a case of original jurisdiction. Brilliant strategy by Texas because we didn't need to go up through the appeal process and bake in all of the evidence and ask SCOTUS one discrete issue on appeal. Now this is a trial and everything is on the table.
