Unless there was some magic plan, it seems like Trump has lost. This is his last chance to declare the IA, send a message to the public using the emergency broadcast system that he has declared war on the deep state, and he does this knowing that his life is likely going to end.
It would be so tragic if he just slinks out without doing anything to protect the people who voted, fought and in some cases died for him.

There is no real chance of POTUS being president 4 more years, even if there is some miracle coup the remains of the deep state would try to assassinate him.
