One team got huge early points and tried to demoralize the other team. Their fans were shouting that it's over! The champions had won, might as well concede now. However, the other team knew the game wasn't over. It's not over until the clock says zero. Rather than give in to pressure they mounted a comeback. Little victories. A pass complete here, a first down there. Until the victories kept adding up and couldn't be ignored any more. By the time the "Champions" saw what was coming, it was too late. The Patriots were unstoppable. The "Champions" didn't blow it; that would presuppose they had it then did something to lose it. Oh no, by that time it was out of there hands completely and all they could do was watch helplessly as the real champions destroyed them.
Right! No matter what happens here, we need to be vigilant going forward in 2022, 2024, and beyond. The left will never stop.

To make a very long and interesting story short, Hitler knew he couldn't get ganged up on from both sides. He and Stalin knew there was a big fight coming between the Germany and the USSR. Having France join in would be very bad so he tried to neutralize them and take them out of the war quickly so he could focus on the East. There was also some revenge in there from WW1. Germany and France didn't like each other for a very long time.
BTW, this is also the same reasoning for Hitler going after Britain so early. There was even Operation Sea Lion drafted for Germany invading England. It was never serious and Germany was hoping to hit Britain so hard that they would make terms with Germany and stay out of the war on the continent. Fortunately, Hitler did not know the resolve of Churchill and the British people.

No. Technically, no one wins until December. This election is just short hand for the real vote in December by the electoral college. News organizations try to "call" the election early for higher viewership, but they don't determine the winner of the election.
While some states have laws forcing the electors to vote in alignment with their state's popular vote, some states don't. You are right, some electors can choose to vote against their state.
As much as I love this country, I sincerely hope it does not come to that. Like Trump, I am committed to peace.
