It's one thing for pro-Biden counties to come in with large Pro-Biden drops... but these outliers are HEAVILY PRO-BIDEN drops, WAY outside the bounds of what is potentially possible. That's how they're like backwards shots. Put another way, if you're looking for the tallest people in the world, and you get reports of several people from the Masai tribe in Africa of several people who are 8' tall. Sure, the Masai are a tall people, but several people 8' tall? that would be an incredible outlier.
I think you’ve missed the point on this analysis. Consider: if you’re looking at where Serena Williams shots land, the vast majority would be forward of her side of the net, and in the court of play on her opponents side. There would be some that hit out of play on the other side, and some that would hit her side of the net and not go over. The mail in/absentee would be like those that are out of play or on her side of the net. The ones in question here are like shots that go backwards. how many of those would you expect to see? And would you expect to see them all bunched together at just the right point in the match to lose at the Wimbledon final? Like if 4 of her last seven hits went backwards, wouldn’t you suspect foul play?
