I'm proud to report that I took an interstate flight the other day on which masks were "strongly encouraged", and didn't wear one the entire time. Including while talking to the police officers at the destination who were asking everyone if they had come from a forbidden zone.
(No, I didn't get in any trouble, I didn't even notice any dirty looks - everyone just minded their own business. I hope that I am helping set the tone to encourage other healthy people to go without masks.)

It depends on your audience. Redpilled -> be clear with words, it's fraud. Normies -> maybe call it "irregularities" at first so as not to scare them away, then if they're open to listen you can take them through the detail until the realise for themself it was fraud.

This. The only good advice, er, "least bad" advice, is to do all you can for an amicable split and negotiate who's taking what without getting the lawyers involved until the last step where you get it made legal by the court.
