SCOTUS doesn’t contest elections, the electors do. On December 14, the votes will be cast by both democrats and republicans. If both parties cast their votes, then it’s a contested election and neither president gets 270 electoral votes. Then on January 6, the house of representatives in each state will cast 1 vote. Here’s the kicker, 8 out of 9 swing states have republican representatives. The only way Trump loses is if the electors are RINOs and don’t contest on December 14 OR if the 8 out of 9 state republican representatives don’t cast their vote for Trump on January 6. If this happens, Insurrection act martial law.
