I didn’t know Washington felt that way about it. He was remarkable, I liked his portrayal in Turn: Washington’s Spies, although people they took artistic liberties with other characters for dramatic effect

Of course it’s not enforced on the southern border. They can come in not speaking a word of English, get paid to pop out babies and siphon hospital and other resources. But if you do things the legal way, for instance if my Canadian boyfriend and I got married, with the current law he now couldn’t get a green card without getting the shots. He couldn’t come to the US after Nov 8th (on paper - at the border it’s hit or miss if they actually care enough to ask, so he could probably get in) but I could come to Canada until January 15th without the shots because they at least offered an exemption for family/loved ones. There is also no natural immunity exemption in the US like some European countries offer, not that that matters much because the exemption thing still plays into the social credit system anyway.

We have them at the mall in Central Cali or at least did years ago, they have one at the Chinook mall in Calgary too. Maybe it’s just a mall thing? It’s easy enough to copycat with your own blender, too, lots of recipes online

The guy in that thread says the booster was required for work, I can’t believe what people are willing to put up with for this shit. It’s like listening to 2/3rds of the population get beaten by their husband next door, but they refuse to leave him and you can’t do anything about it except listen through the walls.

Can’t believe they’re willing to lose 1/5th of their workforce over this, that is nuts. Not sure what province you’re in but there are vax-free jobs in oil that would pay well and they only require testing every 2 weeks. There are job boards for each province on telegram where you can reach out too. Sorry you’re going through this

Wow, had no idea she used to look that pretty and glowing. Very sad, I know her sister died at some point but not sure if that’s what caused her spiral into anorexia. A lot of vegans look bad but she is deep into anorexia too at this point. She’s a dermatologist and her advice has really saved my skin, but good skin requires a good diet too, and she basically just survives off eating leaves.

Oh Bunn is awesome! Excellent customer service too. You get what you pay for, make sure to always use only their filters, otherwise it can make a mess because the sprinkler head is so strong the weaker filters can’t stand up to it

Trump is really proud of the shots and I can’t see him lying about it or faking it. He honestly believes in them. Even our moron governor in Cali got them, stayed away from cameras after his booster and made up excuses to cover up the fact that he probably felt and looked like shit for at least a week.

Exactly, I’m from Cali too and the Urgent Cares in the Central Valley are always my 1st stop, never a hospital unless it’s a real emergency. Glad OP got the care he needed at a place that isn’t run by morons.

Yeah, hospitals are gross, whenever something can be handled by an Urgent Care its always a better experience to go to them instead and just shell out $100 to be seen + cost of meds. Antibiotics are usually dirt cheap if I have tonsillitis or strep or something. Usually the waiting room is empty, it’s nice and quiet and you can get seen right away. Smashed finger sounds rough though, not sure if they handle stuff like that.

Also they said black seed oil (cumin) for people that can’t get IVM, it’s pretty cheap too

Check for nitazoxinide/nizonide on alldaychemist.com, it’s $13/box and frontline drs mentioned it as a substitute for IVM

Even if you thought this was a safe therapeutic, why would you take it right during the holidays? Is this some kind of mental disorder where people like to be miserable? It can’t possibly wait another few days?

Same here, only took 3 weeks! Local pharmacies didn’t want to fill my mom’s prescription so we took care of it ourselves, and also if you look at the frontline doctors site, they talk about nitazoxinide/nizonide as an alternative or in conjunction with, it’s much cheaper than IVM on Alldaychemist ($13 a box). Also got very cheap Tretinoin for $7/box which would be about $70 here, it’s amazing.

They might just be getting them in the hopes that they get a positive, even a false positive result and can get 2 weeks off from work around Christmas. Still bad though because it just adds to the case counts

People just think of cats as clean because their fur always looks neat and they spend hours grooming themselves. I know a lady that didn’t bother covering her butter on the counter and thought it was cute when their kitten licked it and would still use it. Cats have a scrubby surface on their tongue that they use to thoroughly lick their buttholes! Regularly! She is a germaphobe that can barely tolerate touching things in a store.

And my mom was about to prep some food on the counter after the cat was sitting on it for a while and I was about to wipe it down. I told her hang on, not wiped yet and the cat sat on it. She just said, so, I just cleaned it a moment ago? Sounds harmless right. I just told her ‘mom, the ANUS! Touching the counter just now!’ and then she understood.

Not a germaphobe at all, love cats and dogs but people have weird blind spots about this

Hahaha just a couple harmless words can paint such a gross mental image

Raposa 3 points ago +3 / -0

I noticed that too, supposedly my NorCal county has a mandate in stores right now, but almost everyone just goes in without them anyway

Very scary. Sorry to hear about your cousin, that’s insane to have to deal with all at once

3
Raposa 3 points ago +3 / -0

That was really something to read, thanks for sharing. Don’t worry about it, it’s my boyfriend I’m worried about, loves his grandma and she loves him. He had the same suspicion as me about her being completely healthy until Pfizer even though I didn’t mention it to him. The only silver lining is that instead of being on the fence, he seems to be dead set against ever getting it now

Really hoping they don’t cause cancer. My boyfriend’s grandma got pressured into Pfizer by his aunt who also got pressured into it, really healthy and active for her age, and now they find out a couple months later she not only has liver cancer but it spread all over. I don’t think she could develop cancer that fast but it’s more BS for her body to deal with on top of it.
