Elections are intended as the expression of the will of The People, and we'll never have a free country or legitimate election, again, until we exercise our right and obligation as free people to rein in both elected officials and bureaucrats, and force them to discard every rule, process, and system that increases the risk of fraud and error in our elections.

Centralization and opacity in computer-based election systems, mostly contractor-designed, developed, and maintained (many, foreign companies and personnel) makes our election systems vulnerable to massive, undetectable error and fraud. They have relentlessly traded integrity away for "efficiency" and under the coercive threat of false, unwarranted accusations of "voter suppression."

True story: this last week, I got on the phone with what looked like a nice girl, only to have her inform me (I shit you not) that "space isn't real..." and the "Earth is just flat, hanging in the Firmament..." and "the Sun is a lot closer than they say..." and "the Moon is just gas, like a cloud...," and then she got mad at me for asking questions (seasons, tides, star constellations, etc).

And that crazy bitch STILL sounded more sane than AOC, Pelosi, Jackson-Lee, Schumer, Schiff, Waters, and every single talking head on CNN and MSNBC.

CDC issued an order requiring "people to wear masks while on conveyances and at transportation hubs," and directing conveyance officers to enforce its provisions.

Problematically, the law authorizes the Surgeon General, with the approval of the Secretary, to issue orders, not the CDC, and ONLY with regards to movement across the U.S. borders or between U.S. states, and it allows the detention/examination ONLY of persons reasonably believed to be infected AND in a communicable/precommunicable state of that infection.

It provides no authority for the CDC to do ANYTHING.

It provides no authority for ANYONE to require masks.

It provides no authority for ANYONE to require ANYTHING for someone not reasonably believed to be in a qualifying state of infection.

I.e., the CDC's order is entirely without legal authority and, in acting under it, the CDC is abusing their own official office to illegally deprive U.S. citizens of their rights, under color of law, and placing any company or office which seeks to carry out the order in legal jeopardy.

They know. They know that we know that most of them buckled. That's why the vote was secret. Well, FUCK THAT. I'm going to call my rep every day until I get an answer, and once he answers, I'm going to want to know why I have to ask instead of him making his vote public.

During the Civil War, Union troops occupied Alexandria, Virginia (which was, of course, seceded Confederate territory). Not only did we bury our dead in Robert E. Lee's front yard (now Arlington National Cemetery), but Union troops camped in the graveyard of Christ Church, Alexandria, where both George Washington and Robert E. Lee attended services. Their campfires darkened the back of many headstones, and you can see that for yourself even today.

So, what I'm saying is: hotels closed? restaurants closed? OK. So what. The capital and the capitol BELONG to us; we're not entering enemy territory, we're coming home to a territory that has been occupied by the enemy for far too long. If they want to make it hard, so be it; we're not the soy latte crowd, we're the march in the snow, sleep in the rain crowd. If they want to make it violent, so be it; that path holds nothing for them but regret. Free people do not ask permission, nor make excuses, nor fear hardship.
