Rudy again showing why he isn't qualified anymore to hold a law license. Discovery in defamation cases is limited. If he doesn't already have the evidence he needs, he's not going to be able to go fishing for it.

I use a droid, but the reasons people commonly give for buying apple is that it's very user friendly. Same reason people buy Macs instead of real computers.

Nothing wrong with that. They're providing access to the market.

Does this void the warranty?

Could also just get a droid. :p

FYI he doesn't actually read his e-mail. No one in any position of power reads their e-mails: that's what they have assistants for.

No, it doesn't. He can't invoke the Insurrection Act to overturn the election results. That was never a possibility, despite what the LARPers would have you believe. Funnily enough, he could have invoked the Insurrection Act to deal with the protestors in Washington today.

There's five provisions that are part of the insurrection act. You'll find them here:

The one requirement when invoking the insurrection act is to make a proclamation telling people to disperse and go home. That's often done the same day that the act is invoked. So in Johnson's executive order re: the Detroit Riots, he references the proclamation he made earlier that day:
