I have looked. I work in film and visual effects. The dark patch on his neck is his skin being stretched and sagged in just the right way to catch less light. The shadow at the bottom of his collar that suddenly disappears lines up perfectly with his voice changing in cadence. Prerecorded? Perhaps, but we need to stop with this stupidity.
Yes, the accusations of a deepfake are borderline ridiculous. Greenscreen only slightly less so.

This video doesn't show the Capitol police up top. There was some pushing and shoving and a black dude got separated and arrested. Almost all of the doors to the inside were blocked by lines of cops and tear gas was used as well.
