I'm not a lawyer but that is my understanding. If the electoral college results in a 169-169 tie and/or neither candidate reaches 270 votes, the vote goes to the house, where each state gets one vote. Republicans control more states than Democrats even though they lack a house majority.

Don't need the electors. As long as ongoing lawsuits keep the elections from being certified in those swing states, no electors are appointed. Joe doesn't get 270, and the decision goes to the house, with each state getting one vote. Trump gets for more years. Game set match.

I don't think this makes sense because it would incentivize sitting presidents to cause election chaos in the hopes that the result would be nullified.

You missed my point. He's perfect for the job because he's a fighter, not because he's somehow the king of virtue. I love Trump but let's not kid ourselves.

Yeah he was on CNN with Chris Cuomo earlier this week. He is calling for trump to be removed using the 25th amendment. He must really be shitting his pants.

This is unproven. It all links back to a random tweet in German. We need to stop spreading misinformation.

^^^^ this.

People need to stop posting about this. It's all because of one random German tweet.
