My sister and I just had a throw down last night. She's also a Trump supporter, but we argued about the police. I was in DC, we were chanting "traitor" at the police by about 5:30. We were shocked how they treated us. I think when the rubber hits the road the cops will be the ones stomping all over our 2A rights, among other things. She thinks they will only enforce constitutional laws and would sooner lose their jobs than take our guns based on their "orders". She said I was worse that blm or antifa for not having full faith in our police. She's fucking naive.
I have. I left right after that, drove 2 hours home. I have nothing else to add. She will see soon enough.

OK. Don't explode on me. I was in DC. Just had a fight with my sister last weekend. She thinks we need to back the blue no matter what. I think, from experience, they will tear gas us, beat us back, beat us up, arrest us, whenever they are told. I also think that once the federal govt has deemed any Trump supporter a terrorist and the cops are told to go take our guns, they will. 2A be damned. And when it's time to throw us on trains to the camps, they will. Any who defy those orders will be fired, if not prosecuted for being a terrorist sympathizer.
The covid situation is one thing, easier to defy those orders. But fighting domestic terrorism? That will be a whole new thing, I think they will comply, the vast majority. What say you?
