In my head, if you could legally prove that just one vote didn't count and was switched, it would throw out the whole election as being fraudulent overall. Even if it's one case, someone's voice was silenced in an attack on their rights, and that in and of itself can define the whole thing as a sham. Who knows how many votes could be changed. Better to just redo it all, paper ballots only.
