Who fucking allowed them to just make up their own rules?
This is what I can’t figure out. I’ve studied a good bit of history. I don’t recall there ever being a point where the American voters said, “Yeah, Congress can totally grant themselves exemption from any laws they want and vote themselves unlimited pay raises.”
Absolute easiest way to come up with an excuse for getting rid of someone: abusing company resources/time. All you have to do is prove they were doing personal shit with company equipment on company time. Bam.
Does literally everyone do it? Yes. Does anyone actually get punished for it? Only if an excuse is needed.
Because this proves our military has become a bunch of pussies. Forced to shoehorn in a bullshit puppet in an election so obviously frought with fraud. Then forced to keep the American public out of the buildings WE paid for that is supposed to be the seat of government that is OF, BY, and FOR THE PEOPLE. Now they’re letting themselves get treated like dogs. What a fucking shame.
So when no one flies anymore and the airlines go bankrupt we’ll have to bail them out again?
How many times can an industry completely destroy itself and be saved by the government?
What other field of business is afforded the same?
