I think in order for the electoral votes to be thrown out both the House and Senate have to vote on it before it goes to a state vote. We know how this will go in the pelosi controlled House
Do you have a source for that? From my understanding, one member from each chamber has to object in which case the House and the Senate have two hours to talk it over then vote. Both the House and Senate have to vote against which then nullifies that particular state's electoral votes. The House isn't going to nullify any votes and most likely the cucks in the Senate won't either
