“Contactless” this and that. What a stupid ass ritual.

Because nothing screams “I’m definitely a legitimate business” like not having a bank account.

Probably just another slush fund so the kickbacks can get routed to the usual suspects without any paper trail.

Do what they do to private companies that don’t follow government rules- debar them and make them ineligible for federal grants and contracts for a number of years.

No need to run around seizing things, just one year debarment would hurt substantially.

I went with ET based on some insider buying action too, but do your own research before investing. Kmi wmb paa , others out there if you search on CNBC or the like for industry peers.

I bought the midstream companies. Thesis is that they would make money off of the demand for storage and eventual need to ship the stored stuff. Less direct exposure to price of oil.

He mad because he bought near the top after a 160% run up in a stock. And 50 shares? He lost ~$1500. Zoom security appears to suck, but this looks like one o those usual garbage securities lawsuits. Equivalent of ambulance chasing in the stock market.

This crossed thinkorswim newsfeed today- he apparently owns it through a mutual fund held by one of his trusts. Someone ran the math and sanofi was 3% or so off this mutual fund, meaning that the position was worth $99 to $1500. And hcq doesn’t even move the earnings needle for any pharma co. But keep on being fake news nyt.

Here is the market watch article https://www.marketwatch.com/story/trumps-personal-stake-in-the-malaria-drug-maker-sanofi-could-be-as-small-as-99-2020-04-07?mod=home-page

Which is significant, because mw often has as a good bit of TDS, but even they see through the bs.

Them: “We have to do clinical trials! We need controlled data before we even think of using hcq .”

Also them: “let’s use vitamin c as the placebo instead of a null control in the trial to confound the effects”

Face desk.

That’s the report from a couple of weeks ago. The number today could be ugly. You’ve had a government mandated shutdown and business owners do not have an infinite well of money to pay people, unless you’re the Fed. All the more reason to try to see what parts of the economy can be opened up by Easter. The claims should be temporary and short hopefully, followed by a roaring consumer comeback once everyone gets out of the house again.

Fed daddy came stomping in after seeing the Dem-caused Congress failure and screamed “fine, I’ll f—-ing do it myself!”

We're not fighting a hidden enemy anymore. We now know exactly who the enemy is.

Yep, with volatility on most stuff going crazy, you're getting paid an awful lot to basically place a buy order at 25% below current prices by selling a put to someone who is panicking. Even boring stuff like KO is at IV of 90%. Insane.

Comments have always been a bit of a raving lunatic shitshow over there. I never read them nor participate. It is still valuable as a bearish-tilted market take compared to rah-rah permabull CNBC.
