I found this article from February this year. It only had one quote from her in it, but considering she's against freedom of choice in this area, imo, this makes her pro forced vaccination. I wouldn't be surprised if she made it mandatory to get the covid vaccine.
Some dickhole shot down the impeachment thing about two hours after it first was discussed. We're depending on the recall efforts now because the legislature cucked out. Unless the MI GoP grows a pair and tries to force impeachment through against the wishes of (I think it was) the speaker, impeachment is off the table.

Yep. It doesn't even ask you if you're ok with this. They just say it's an OS update available and it installs without telling you it's part of the package. Until some computer/phone savvy person explains step by step how to remove it, it's not something normal users can avoid having on their phone.
It would be nice if one of these sorts of people on this site would make a post showing how to do that for iPhone and Android. We could have the mods sticky it for a week to make sure it goes through our community.

Costco was enforcing masks before there was a mandate by any state if I recall correctly. That was back when people were still "Free market, let the businesses decide for themselves. Shop elsewhere if you don't like it." I'm on the bandwagon of banning all masks and all mask requirements.

The chairwoman was literally on CNN saying they had a unanimous vote to disband the cops and said people who were concerned were only coming from a place of privilege. They found out later that the city charter prevents them from getting rid of the cops. My friend refuses to believe me even though CNN itself proved me right.

I was thinking the same thing. I wish we would have thought of this earlier in the month and had a post going to make it easier to plan ahead. At the least I think we should do it for Christmas (we know the covidians won't find sanity before then). Set up little "peaceful protests" all over the country.
The fun part is I shared that info with a friend a few months ago and she said the CDC is controlled by Trump, so their numbers can't be trusted. She says the CDC is lying and covering for Trump and the virus is worse than they're saying.
So she and I agree that a lot of the data is wrong. She thinks it's under reporting deaths whereas I'm saying they're over reporting them.

My thoughts too. I don't have anything enabled on my phone, including GPS, unless I deliberately turn it on. That isn't to say that they aren't somehow tracking me anyway. If I get a notification of ANY sort, something is up.
I'm about to go back to normal wired earbuds until I can get my hands on an old mp3 player to take the place of my phone. I have no idea if having blutooth on for my earbuds makes my phone vulnerable (since a closed connection is made with the earbuds, but idk if it can still connect with other devices). I have a music streaming service, but I'll buy a few of my fav albums and transfer them to the mp3 player. Phone will be left at home from now on.

Proper incentives to get the vaccine like needing proof of vaccination before people can go grocery shopping. If that doesn't work, then it'll become outright mandatory for the remaining folk.

The giant neon spotlight focused on treating us all as criminals simply for being alive or convincing people they're going to die if they so much as see another person makes it damn near impossible for people to feel like they're not impacted. This sort of massive life intrusion on our lives makes it impossible to shrug off.

The movement to impeach was slapped down. The one who ended it claimed:
"However, Chatfield said an effort to impeach Whitmer would lack merit and would be every bit as ``shameful” as the impeachment efforts against President Donald Trump."
Which we know to be a garbage comparison. Our hope lies in the recall to work because our own legislature won't.
A republican representative started trying to impeach her over a list of things and another republican stopped it. She isn't in prison because MI GoP cucked out. I don't think the recall is going to go through. It'll likely be sabotaged later if the weak attempt they're making now doesn't kill it in its tracks.

My history class did this the most. The word "nationalism" is uttered almost like a curse. It's covered in content only to say that a rise in nationalism happens just before horrible events in history occur, so the events must have happened only because of the nationalism. The entire education system in the US has done its best to say if Americans are nationalistic at all, then we're the same as the NAZIs. Any student that expresses any sort of pride in the US is immediately beat down by the professor and other students.
That and also the RINO of an asshole that stopped the movement to impeach her. One R representative starts the ball rolling and the other one is all "lets not do what dems did to Trump for 4 years." Guess what? Trump didn't deserve it, WHITMER DOES!
Agreed. Until I heard this, I had her up on a pedestal (I know, I know. Don't do that) as to what I could aspire to be as a female conservative.
I'm against mandatory anything. I know they'll make it hard as hell for people like me to get a religious exemption, not that anybody should have to.
