Was confused for a moment... This was buried in the thread already. Wow!!
Yeah, I saw that thread (or one with similar pics) earlier. There are some striking similarities.
And for those who are mincing words on the "memories wiped" phrase, it's ambiguous enough to mean what ever the listener wants to make it. Anything from "my memory (or memories) were been tampered with" to "it's been so long since I've had hair this long that I'd forgotten" to "I've been focused on things too long and the past is finally coming back" to .... Again, whatever the listener wants to hear.

This is one of the weirdest stories I have seen in a long time. Everything else aside, the video is really interesting. It's either legitimate or one of the most subtle pieces of performance art ever. At least watch it, even if you disregard the concept of the the theory attached.
I'm a bit suspicious about what "legally appropriate" means, but suspending doubt.
About freaking time she did something for the people of the state! (as opposed to what she normally does....)
